First, the random stuff. So we got this DVR...thingy...or something. I don't know. But anyway, my sister was transfering some 15 year old tapes to DVDs and they're mostly things like the TMNT cartoons and that one video game gameshow from Nickolodeon back in the day and other crap like that. So she's fastforwarding through the tape, seeing what's worth saving and she comes across an episode of Parker Lewis Can't Lose. I used to love that show, and so I wanted to watch it. So I'm happily indulging in my nostaligia watching the episode, when one of the characters starts watching the weather channel. The weather man comes on...and it's Ryan. ^_^ I squealed and bounced a little. Mostly because I'm a dork, but it was still squee worthy because unexpected Ryan always is.

I wish I could offer more variety for the OT4 thing, but any picture I use is going to be a manipulation, so it automatically takes that much more work. :P Maybe she or I will get up the will to do another one to make more icons eventually. ^_^

And it should be. You'd have better luck at a Best Buy or Suncoast or something like that---a video specialty store. Walmarts tend to have things that are newly released, and while Whose Line was just released, I don't know if it's mainstream enough for a Walmart. Though it did carry the first DVD for the US season, I think. But still, that'll be region 1. Can you play region 1?

I don't think there's anything as far as you're concerned. My main focuses right now are things like people paying me for show tickets and giving me cell phone numbers and whatnot so I have a way of getting in contact with them.

Speaking of money, though, did you want Kat and I to help with the hotel in Venice Beach? Because I was hoping I could just not expect you to pay for any subsequent hotels being that I'm sure your plane ticket was insanely expensive compared to mine and call it even?

There's the matter of the car, which Kat took care of, so I'm not sure how much that'll be. Really, I'm fairly broke right now, so I'm just hoping I have enough money to do this. I should...but it's going to be cutting it close. ^_^

That's very true. Well, our plans lands...I think at 12 pm on the 10th. We plan to pick up our car around 1pm and then we could head over to your hotel? I don't think I have the link you sent me anymore for it, so I'd need the address. So...if we could make it there, we could always ask the front desk people to connect us to your room. (I'm assuming the reservation's under your real name? ^_^) So...I know Venice Beach is about a fifteen minute drive from LAX, but we'd totally get lost at least once, so we could aim to be there around 2?

Oh, that reminds me. I was talking to Kat about you for one reason or another a couple months ago in a positive way, and I called you by your real name. Kat just stared at me in confused horror because we have a friend who's name is really similar to yours (but the accent's on the first syllable, not the second) who neither of us are particularly fond of. I couldn't figure out why she seemed so put off until I realized what'd I'd said and had to explain that I was talking about you, not her. ^_^

ok. i got the record. the people at best buy are very confused as to why someone would want such a creature. i asked like, 4 different people, who took me to five different spots before one guy asked another guy and he found it for me, but tried to convince me to get a mp3 recorder instead. sigh... ^_^
