This is the sexy little rich boy, Reggie, from Galaxy High School. I loved that show as a kid, and Kat bought it for me recently and we watched it all. Reggie is Kat's favorite, so I drew him for her. ^_^ I got a little creative with his lower half. It's not what I originally intended to have, but I think this fits better with the style of the picture.

I got distracted by the pic be fore i finished the comment. were you originally intending him to have the little legs and little feet? maybe he has skinny little tentacle legs that go down into those wheel holding thingys. I should totally right Reggie/Creep slash... but i wont. lol
