I would marry Sora. I think he'd be a really dedicated, passionate husband, and a snappy dresser to boot. :)
I'd shag Shawn because he's so full of pretty. ^___^ And he's totally fun and has a great attention for details. ^_~
And Demyx would get the cliff. Sorry, buddy. I love you and ship you with Xion now, but you're already dead anyway, right?
