I drew this while my teacher was lecturing about the history of the font in Advertising Layout yesterday :P [livejournal.com profile] almostjulie put another image in my head that I simply had to draw. ^_^ This is Greg & Jeff from her story, Room With a View.

I suppose I should point out that there's some skin, but no real nudity. Also... there's two different versions. I have one with the sky purple, which seemed more violent to me, and one with the sky blue, which seemed more somber. I'm not sure which one I like better.

Mmm. Jeff's back. *eats*

And I kind of like the second one better. With the blue. Which is strange 'cause I was expecting to like the purple better. *shrugs*

Either way, very lovely, m'dear. :) And Jeff's hot. Mmm. *eats again just for good measure*

I think everyone likes the blue better. I do, too, actually, but I think the purple has merit.

I like the second one better also. This is very good. I wish I had a computer art program for my stuff.

*restrains artistic quip about picture* I don't want to critisize.

No, no, critisize away. I can't improve unless I know what I'm doing wrong. ^_^

Um, ok . . . well it seems that one of Jeff's elbows is higher then the other. The one on the right.

Yeah.... I know...

Stuff like that I look at and think: Should I fix this? I know it's wrong, but how much do I care...? Let me go fix it now. ^_^

I adjusted it a little. I pulled down in a guide in photoshop, though, and I actually found that the elbows were level, so the right shoulder is the problem, I think. But I lowered the right elbow just a tiny bit to help compensate.

Well, if it was even . . . I dunno, it just looked funny to me . . . Now I feel bad for making you change it when it was fine. Aaaaaahhhhhhhgggggggg!!!!!!!

Sorry, in general.

Don't be sorry. ^_^ It looked off to me, too, and if that shoulder was a little too low, then the elbow needed to be lowered anyway.

*stops* *stares*

Jeff is very... nice. I love this. The light is perfect.

You're spoiling me, you know.

*stares some more*

The blue, I think. Not for any good, artistically critical reason; I just like blue :P

I'd go for the blue. I love the way the light shines over Greg!

Thank you. ^_^ My sister is an artist, so I like to get her opinion on my stuff before I post -- the lighting over Greg's chest is her favorite part.

Woah nice. I like the lighting in the second one the most- more intense. I feel like the lighting just hit. Jeff reminds me of how you drew harry potter alittle- i had to do a double take and make sure greg wasnt malfoy. and the curtian rings are awesome with the drapes. and i like the curve of the ::motions with hand:: hair of gregs face head. im sure you know what i mean by that. :P
